Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Blast of Sand Glass Crafts LLC DBA Blast of Sand. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges are included in the price of our products.

Ground shipping is by our carrier of choice (typically UPS or USPS).

Expedited shipping is available and will be at the cost of the customer. For Expedited shipping cost please Contact Us.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Currently Blast of Sand Glass Crafts LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories and Canada.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Blast of Sand Glass Crafts LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Blast of Sand Glass Crafts LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, you must contact Blast of Sand Glass Crafts LLC within five business days of receipt of shipment to file a claim.  You must contact via email at blastofsand@gmail.com .

You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods, retaining them until notified by Blast of Sand Glass Crafts LLC.  A representative from the carrier may inspect before a claim can be settled.  You must take photographs of the packaging and damaged items and forward them via email to blastofsand@gmail.com.

Items that can be replaced will be shipped out once we receive notification and photographs as described above.

International Shipping Policy

At this time we currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Refund Policy

Currently we do not offer refunds all sales are final.  If you have any questions or concerns please email blastofsand@gmail.com
